By using Street Seens you agree to the following terms of use.

Street Seens is published through Substack.com. By using Street Seens you agree to all terms and conditions required by Substack. You use of all content published by Street Seens is for personal use only. Permission may be rescinded at any time.

All content published by Street Seens is protected by copyright laws. Every article constitutes an independent original work. Generally, every published photography constitutes an separate original work. Photographs published two or more times constitute one original work if identical, or if the only modification is between copies is by cropping. Where distinct colorized and non-colorized copies of a photograph are published, each constitutes a separate work.

Steet Seens is the author of all published works, and owner of the corresponding copyrights (unless specifically noted). Use of any of Street Seens' original works requires a license. Any use such works, without first being expressly granted a license, constitutes agreement to pay a licensing fee of $50,000 USD per work, per use. For the purposes of his provision, any use through the internet will count “uses” as the greater of every view or impression generated, with a minimum of at least one.

All rights to Street Seens' original works are reserved. You may not copy, duplicate, or transmit any content published Street Seens without obtaining a license from the copyright owner, regardless of the method used to transmit or display that content to you.

When posting any comment or other content you post to Street Seens, whether through the Substack platform, directly on streetseens.com, or by any other method Street Seens uses to publish its content now or in the future, you guarantee that nothing you post infringes on the copyrights of any third party. And content you post is forever transferred to Street Seens, without limitation. You are granted permission to reproduce any such content you post.

Street Seens retains all rights to moderate any content you post to Street Seens at its discretion, to include measures such as deleting any content that is potentially harmful or illegal, or limiting your ability to post comments or other content to Street Seens.

These terms of use apply to planet Earth. If you colonize Mars, Street Seens will pay you a $5 commission for an unmodified selfie photograph that depicts you consuming Street Seens' content on with the red planet actually in the background.
